Ingredients
- 1 can red kidney beans (6 oz)
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions
- In large nonstick saucepan over high heat, combine all ingredients except rice. Bring to boil, boil for 1 minute and reduce heat to low. Simmer 30 min, adding water if needed. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
