Ingredients
- 2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cloves
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Cover raisins with cool water and boil 15 min. Drain and cold. Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, beat well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients, add in to mix raisins and nuts. Pour into 13 c 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
