Ingredients

  • CRANBERRY ORANGE MUFFINS
  • 1 c. Self rising flour
  • 1/2 c. Dry cranberries
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
  • 1 c. Self rising flour
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Frzn blueberries, left frzn
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice BANANA MUFFINS
  • 1 c. Self rising flour
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Banana, mash
  • 1 jar Banana baby food juice

Directions

  1. (Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add in juice and stir just till blended. Put in muffin c. and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 minutes.) I always double the recipe. Tried, enjoyed and reposted on fat-free by Brown Jeannie
