This is a low fat version of Chicken Parmesan. Great when you are limited on time and want to make some real comfort food.

Add some garlic bread and you are good to go!

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken, breasts-frozen
  • low-fat Italian salad dressing
  • seasoned bread crumbs - I use italian bread cumbs
  • 8 ounces 2% mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • grated parmesan cheese (to your liking)
  • 12 ounces pasta sauce

Directions

  1. Dip chicken pieces in Italian dressing and roll in bread crumbs.
  2. Place on liner pan. Nu-Wave 8 minutes per side (or until done). Open oven and spoon sauce on each piece and sprinkle with cheese. Cook 2 more minutes.

    Made this dish last night for company. Along with a side of pasta, fresh garlic bread and fine wine the meal was a hit.
    The chicken was tender, juicy and very flavorful!!

        Do you cook this on the 4 inch rack?

          I made it last night. Used seasoned panko crumbs instead. Had to move the pieces around so they would brown evenly !!??
