Ingredients
- 3 lrg russet potatoes cut into large wedges
- 2 tsp tabasco sauce optional
- 1 Tbsp. chopped dry onion flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp File pwdr optional
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with vegetable cooking spray.
- 2. To prepare spice mix, in a large bowl, combine onion flakes, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper and file pwdr. Mix well. Add in potato wedges to bowl; toss to coat.
- 3. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake potatoes, turning once, till golden, 20 to 30 min. Sprinkle with red pepper sauce, if you like.
