  • 3 c. finely-minced spring sweet onions
  • 3 c. diced tomatoes
  • 2 x ripe avocados diced
  • 1 tsp finely-minced serrano chilies - (to 2)
  • 3 Tbsp. finely-minced cilantro Juice of 2 limes Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Garlic salt to taste Corn chips or possibly tortilla chips


  1. Mix all ingredients except garlic salt and chips. Sprinkle salsa with garlic salt. Refrigeratefor several hrs to blend and enhance flavors. Serve with chips.
