  1. Boil lobster for 25 min. Then clean and break into small pcs and put into a casserole dish with 1 c. of lobster stock, add in liquid removed mushrooms. Add in saltines. Slice butter into serving squares and lay over crackers (butter not butter). Put into 450 degree oven till saltines are crisp.
