Ingredients
- 7 c. Potato, cubed
- 1 lrg Onion, diced
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can Cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/3 lb Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Cover potatoes and onions with water, cook till tender. Drain 1/2 water. Remove from heat. Add in soups and stir till mixed. Add in lowfat sour cream and cheese, stir till cheese is melted. May use lowfat milk to thin if necessary. I like lumpy potato soup so I remove some of the potatoes before adding other ingredients then add in them back to the pot.
