Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (3 ounce) lemon instant pudding mix (use dry)
  • 1 can (16 ounce) fruit cocktail, juice included
  • 1 can (14 ounce) crushed pineapple, juice included
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed well
  • 1 ct (8 ounce) cold whip, thawed
  • 1 c. Miniature marshmallows

Directions

  1. Combine everything in a large bowl. Mix well. refrigeratefor about 24 hrs before serving. If you like, put in a sheet cake pan instead of a bowl. It can then be cut into squares for serving.
  2. If you like nuts, marischino cherries, and coconut may also be added. I do not, because my family doesn't care for it which way.
  3. Great for packed lunches which will stay refrigerated till lunch time.
