  1. * To make sour lowfat milk, combine 1 Tbsp. vinegar with sufficient lowfat milk to make 1 c.. Let sit for 5 min.
  2. In small bowl stir together crushed cookies, 1/4 c. sugar and butter. Press on bottom of 9" square baking pan; set aside. In medium bowl stir together remaining ingredients except raspberries and whipped cream. Mix in raspberries. Pour yogurt mix over cookie crust. Cover; freeze till hard (3 to 4 hours).
  3. To serve, let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 min. Cut into squares; garnish with sweetened whipped cream.
