Ingredients

1 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 pkg. (3 1/2 ounce) lemon instant pudding & pie filling (dry)
Glaze (below)
2/3 c. powdered sugar
3 to 4 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix all ingredients bake till golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 min. Cool 10 min, drizzle with Glaze. 9 servings.
Mix till smooth.
