  • Filling:

  • ¾ cup sugar, plus more for pan
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 big hunk of a piece of leftover pumpkin pie, cut into ½” chunks
  • Icing:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 to 6 tablespoons hot water
