  • Coriander leaves – to garnish
  • salt – to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp To be ground to a paste:
  • Roasted Gram Dal / Pottu Kadalai – 1 handful
  • Poppy seeds – 2 tsp
  • Green Chillies – 12 to 15
  • Fresh grated coconut – 1/4 cup
