Directions

  1. Heat pineapple and sugar to boiling; add in Jello. Remove from heat and stir well. Add in cold water and lemon juice (optional for a more sour taste). Refrigerate till partially set. Add in cheese, nuts and whipped cream. Place in refrigerator till set. Serves 8-10.
