Directions

  1. Bring lowfat milk, sugar and cinnamon to a boil, then let cool.
  2. Beat large eggs together with egg yolks. Add in one cup of the lowfat milk mix. Mix thoroughly, then add in the remaining lowfat milk. Strain.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter, and fill it with the mix. Place dish in a pan of water, and bake in a moderate oven (about 350 degrees) till the custard sets and the top is golden. Cool and serve.NOTE: This custard can also be prepared in individual Pyrex dishes.
