Directions

  1. In a frying pan, saute/fry zucchini in extra virgin olive oil.
  2. In another frying pan, saute/fry peppers. Add in garlic to peppers.
  3. Add in tomatoes to zucchini.
  4. Add in anchovies and oregano to peppers.
  5. Add in white wine to zucchini and vinegar to peppers.
  6. Combine all ingredients and serve.
