Ingredients
- 1 1/8 c. hot water (110 degrees)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack cheese room temperature
- 5 1/2 Tbsp. minced jalapeno peppers
- 3 c. bread flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. active dry yeast
Directions
- Add in ingredients according to the bread machine manufacturer's directions. Set your machine on regular basic bread.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
