Jack Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x Tomatoes
  • 1 lb Jack cheese
  • 1 can (small) black olives
  • 1 can (small) diced green chilis Green onions Cilantro
  • 8 ounce Italian dressing with cheese, (Cheese Fantastico or possibly something like it)

Directions

  1. Drain some of the oil from the dressing. Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop till fine (don't puree). Serve with tortilla chips or possibly crackers.
