  • 1 c. tart cherry juice
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 8 dates, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 T. chia seeds
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 1 T. Agave nectar
  • 2 “cubes” of frozen Greek yogurt
