Ingredients
- 1 c. fresh peach juice & pureed peach pulp
- 1 x 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 x egg
- 1 pkt vanilla pudding mix
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 x premade graham cracker crust pie shell
Directions
- Mix up the filling ingredients, dump the filling in the shell, bake till done (350F oven). Refrigeratetill hard. Serve.
