  • Indian Fry Bread Dough
  • 1/4 tsp Marjorie
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1 med Green Pepper, Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt, Pepper to Taste
  • 2 lb Grnd Beef*
  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary Medium Onion Minced


  1. Brown meat, pour off grease. Add in pepper, onion, spices and saute/fry 5 min Healthy pinch off sufficient dough to make 15 patties, 6 inches in diameter. Fill each dough patty with 2 Tbsp. of mix, fold over, seal edge with tines of fork dipped in flour. Fry, turning once to a light brown. Drain on paper towels.*Pork, chicken, or possibly turkey can also be used.
