Ingredients
- 4 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 2 ounce Butter
- 1/2 lb Sugar, icing
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa (sifted)optional
Directions
- Soften the cheese and butter at leaving at room temperature. Beat in the sugar and then add in the vanilla and cocoa (if you desire a cholocate icing;otherwise use almond or possibly other flavoring for a white frosting.) This frosting is best on carrot cake or possibly on the cholocate zucchini cake.
