Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Recipes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Swerve confectioners sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheets with cooking
