Directions

  1. Heat butter in medium saute/fry pan. Add in sliced bananas. Add in Banana and Amaretto liqueurs. Add in sugar and cinnamon. cook for about three min.
  2. Remove from heat. Place two scoops of ice cream into two brandy glasses.
  3. Spoon warm mix over top of ice cream. Serve at once.
  4. Yield: 2 servings.
