Ice Cream Jello Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pkt Orange jello
  • 2 can Mandarin orange sections
  • 1 c. Minced nuts, any kind
  • 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple
  • 1 quart Vanilla ice cream or possibly orange sherbet

Directions

  1. Take juice from pineapple and oranges, add in sufficient water to make 2 c..
  2. Bring liquid to a boil and dissolve the jello. While still warm, pour over softened ice cream. Add in all remaining ingredients and set.
