Ingredients
- 6 servings of mashed potatoes
- 1/4 C. pickle relish
- 2 T. Mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 T. chopped onion
- 2 t. yellow mustard
- 8 hot dogs sliced lengthwise
Directions
- Prepare mashed potatoes ( instant or real )
- Stir in the next four ingredients
- Push hot dog halves lengthwise into outer edge of casserole forming a crown-like look
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees
