1/4 c. oleo
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (4 serving size) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) frozen whip topping

Directions

Crumble cookies
Cream together oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar
Mix milk, pudding and whip topping
Mix with oleo mixture
In a 9x13x2 in. pan, layer crumbs and filling, beginning and ending with crumbs
