Ingredients
- 1 c. half-and-half cream
- 8 ounce best quality bittersweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 ounce creme de menthe, (clear or possibly green)
Directions
- In a small pot, bring half & half to a boil. Remove from heat and add in to chocolate in a bowl. Stir till chocolate has fully melted.
- Return chocolate liquid to the pot, or possibly chill till ready for use.
- Before serving, add in lowfat milk. Hot over medium heat, stirring occasionally till it simmers.
- Pour into individual mugs. Stir in an oz of creme de menthe to each mug just before serving.
