Directions

  1. In a bowl, place flour and make a well. Drop remaining ingredients into well. Mix with fork, then fingers till it form a very still dough. Roll out on floured board till very thin. Let stand till dry (2 hrs). Cut as you desire. Drop into chicken or possibly beef broth and cook 10 to 12 min.
