Ingredients
- 1 1/8 c. Water, lukewarm
- 3 1/4 c. White Bread Flour
- 1/3 c. Dry Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 3 Tbsp. Beaten Egg
- 1 1/4 tsp Yeast
Directions
- Add in ingredients to Automatic Bread Machine according to manufacturers instructions.
- The honey in this recipe makes the loaf prone to a darker crust; use a
- "light crust" setting when possible.
- This recipe may be made using regular and rapid bake cycles.
- This dough makes great dinner rolls.
- During kneading, dough may appear wet. This is normal.
