Ingredients
- 8 med. potatoes
- 2 med. onions
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Peel and quarter potatoes and onions. Place in a baking dish with the mushrooms. Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce and herbs and spoon over vegetables. Bake at 425 degrees till potatoes are done. Season with salt and pepper if you like before serving.
