Ingredients
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt, marjoram and thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 chopped clove garlic
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley (dry or possibly fresh)
Directions
- Mix together ingredients in a 13 x 9 inch pan and put steak in pan. Chill with meat two or possibly three hrs, turning meat occasionally.
