Ingredients
- 3 broilers or possibly fryers, cut into eighths
- 1 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 teaspoon each salt, garlic pwdr, paprika, onion pwdr, paprika, parsley, rosemary, tarragon, thyme
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 lemons, sliced
Directions
- Place chicken, skin side up, in large roasting pan. Pour wine over chicken. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chicken. Dot with butter. Distribute lemon slices over top. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 1 1/4 hrs. Serves 8.
