Ingredients
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Self-rising flour
- 2 stk butter
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Minced nuts
- 1 box confectioner's sugar
- 1 stk butter
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 8 Tbsp. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Heat butter and add in cocoa to it. Mix and stir together all cake ingredients, don't beat. Pour into a pan approximately 2x10x14 inches; bake for 35 min at 350 degrees. Immediately on taking from oven, cover with miniature marshmallows. Make frosting and pour over the marshmallows.
- Sprinkle the top with minced nuts, if you like.
- To make frosting; Heat cocoa with butter. Add in lowfat milk and heat. Stir in vanilla and confectioner's sugar.
