Ingredients
- 9" graham crust
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 4 Heath bars, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
Directions
- Spoon half of softened (but not melted) ice cream into pie shell. Sprinkle half of the Heath bars on top. Cover with remaining ice cream. Freeze.
- Combine in small saucepan sugar, lowfat milk, butter and corn syrup. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in other half of crushed Heath bars. Cold. Spoon over wedges. Very rich! Enjoy!
