Ingredients
- 1 pkt Yeast
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Soft butter
- 3/4 c. Coconut, shredded
- 3/4 c. Macadamia nuts (whole is fine or possibly use almonds)
- 1/2 c. Crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Pineapple juice from above
- 1/4 c. Hot water
Directions
- Drain the pineapple, reserve liquid. Add in all ingredients according to manufacturer. Select white bread and push start.
