  1. Grease 8 x 13 inch baking pan. Put hash brown potatoes in pan. In mixing bowl mix onion (minced), lowfat sour cream, mushrooms, mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese. Pour over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
