Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Hazlenuts grnd Or possibly almonds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 2 tsp Lemon rind grated
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 lrg Egg whites beaten stiff
Directions
- Add in the sugar to the egg whites and continue beating till stiff peaks form. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix in gently. Drop teaspoonsfuls of mix on to a greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Allow to stand.
- bake in oven 300 for 1/2 hour, Carefully transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container. they will keep for weeks. servings depends on the size you make the cookies.
