Grilled Salmon with Citrus-Tomato Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 2 large navel oranges , peeled, sectioned and coarsely chopped
  • 2/3 cup 150 mL green onions, sliced
  • 6 tbsp 90 mL chopped fresh cilantro , divided
  • 2 tsp 10 mL seeded jalapeno pepper (optional), finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp 60 mL Becel Omega3 plus® margarine
  • 6 6 salmon fillets, (about 1 1/2 lbs or 750 g)

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes, oranges, green onions, 4 tablespoons cilantro and jalapeno pepper in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. Blend Becel Omega3plus margarine with remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro in a small bowl.
  3. Grill or broil salmon, brushing with cilantro spread, 15 minutes or until salmon is done. Serve salsa with salmon.
