- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lbs New York strip steaks
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Mix Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and sea salt in a small bowl. Brush steak lightly with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on both sides of steak.
- Place steaks on grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
