Directions

  1. In a deep, heavy-bottomed coverable pan, saute country ham and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until slightly browned.
  2. Add mushrooms, green beans, and sallt and pepper.
  3. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until desired doneness, tossing occasionally.
  4. Serve on a large oval platter and top with parmigiano reggiano.
