Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) container plain yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Dash fresh grnd black pepper
- 2 med. cucumbers, peeled, seeded & diced
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill or possibly 1 1/2 teaspoon dry dill
- 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigeratein refrigerator. Serves 4.
