Ingredients
- 3 pkt Chocolate chips
- 1/2 lb Butter or possibly margarine
- 10 ounce Miniature marshmallows (1 package)
- 2 c. Minced nuts
- 4 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 lrg Can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Directions
- Combine chocolate chips, butter, marshmallows and nuts. Blend sugar with evaporated lowfat milk and cook at a rolling boil for 6 min.
- Remove from heat and add in vanilla. Pour immediately into bowl with first four ingredients and stir till well-blended. Pour into buttered pans and let stand 24 hrs in cold place.
- Makes five pounds.
