- 2 lb Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
Directions
- PREPARE CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS AND POUR INTO GREASED AND FLOURED 9X13 CAKE PAN. MIX THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER Till FLUFFY. POUR OVER TOP OF CAKE Mix. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES ABOUT 1 HOUR.
- CHEESE MIX WILL FORM BOTTOM LAYER WHILE CAKE BAKES. YUMMY!

September 12, 2015My ricotta didn't crust up on bottom but stayed swirled in the cake mix.....could it be high altitude, we're at 8000 feet....BUT it was delicious
