Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 3 med onions sliced
- 2 x bell peppers sliced
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
Directions
- Slice onions and bell peppers. Saute/fry in vegetable oil over low heat till onions are mild yet not browned. Add in sausage till heated. Add in spices while cooking.
