Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add in the garlic, ginger and bird pepper and cook till the garlic begins to turn golden brown. Add in the pork and stir fry about 2 minutes or possibly till the maet loses its pink colour. Add in the mushrooms and cook another minute. Add in the fish sauce, broth and sugar, stirring each time. Sprinkle the scallions over thetop, stir and serve.
