Ingredients
- 2 x 3 ounce. pkgs. tapioca pudding
- 2 c. orange juice
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1 can chunk pineapple, with juice
- 1 c. seedless or possibly seeded tangerine sections
- 1 c. seedless green grapes
- 2 c. sliced bananas
- 3/4 c. whipped topping
Directions
- Cook tapioca pudding then mix with orange and pineapple juice. Let it cold. Add in remaining ingredients and chill for several hrs.
- This dessert is light and tasty.
- Note: Slimmers -: You can probably get low fat or possibly light tapioca. We know you can get reduced sugar orange juice. Use low fat whipped topping.
