Fresh Tomato Bruschetta | Fresh tomatoes, combined with olive oil, Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil create a wonderful, simple, easy and tasty bruschetta.

Directions

  1. Wash and roughly chop tomatoes
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Let sit for at least an hour so flavours combine
  4. Slice baguette and spread with olive oil or herbed butter
  5. Place under the broiler to crisp
  6. Remove from oven and top slices with bruschetta mixture
  7. Bruschetta is ready to eat, but you can also top with grated cheese and return to broiler to melt
  8. ENJOY!!
