%20--%20I%20love%20'em%20all.%20This%20is%20why%20I%20was%20so%20excited%20about%20the%20theme%20at%20the%20Market%20this%20weekend.%20I%20bought%20stuff%20(from%20the%20folks%20at%20The%20Fish%20Market)%20that%20I%20knew%20I%20wouldn%E2%80%99t%20have%20to%20share%20with%20anyone%20else%20but%20you.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStriped%20Bass%20steamed%20in%20Limoncello%20and%20Hyssop%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFillet%20of%20bass%20(~6%20oz)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPink%20Himalayan%20salt%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOlive%20oil%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETarragon%20(1%20sprig)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELimoncello%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESalt%20and%20pepper%20one%20fillet%20of%20striped%20bass.%20(I%20prefer%20pink%20salt%20with%20this%20dish%20because%20it%20seems%20drier%20on%20my%20tongue%20%E2%80%93%20but%20that%E2%80%99s%20just%20me.)%20Splash%20some%20olive%20oil%20onto%20a%20piece%20of%20tin%20foil%20large%20enough%20to%20become%20a%20tent.%20The%20oil%20smear%20should%20be%20just%20larger%20than%20the%20fillet.%20Place%20the%20fillet%20on%20the%20oil%20and%20add%20some%20strips%20of%20hyssop%20and%20a%20sprig%20of%20tarragon.%20Splash%20with%20an%20equal%20measure%20of%20Limoncello.%20Seal%20and%20place%20on%20medium-high%20for%20about%204%20minutes%20each%20side.%20The%20essence%20of%20the%20fish%20and%20Limoncello%20mixed%20with%20the%20gentle%20anise%20flavor%20of%20the%20hyssop%20blends%20beautifully%20with%20the%20pink%20salt%20and%20tarragon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPonzu%20sauce%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECover%20both%20sides%20of%20tuna%20steak%20with%20seasoning.%20Grill%20on%20high%20until%20seared%20on%20both%20sides%20(about%202%20minutes%20each%20side).%20Let%20rest%20for%201%20minute.%20Slice.%20Drizzle%20with%20Ponzu%20Sauce.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOysters%20on%20the%20half%20shell%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlucked%20fresh%20from%20the%20waters%20off%20the%20coast%20of%20Mystic,%20Connecticut.%20I%20choose%20not%20to%20cover%20their%20deliciousness%20with%20cocktail%20sauces%20or%20what%20not.%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20get%20to%20the%20ocean%20that%20often%20and%20compare%20eating%20an%20oyster%20to%20having%20the%20ocean%20come%20to%20me.%20Why%20would%20I%20want%20to%20screw%20with%20that?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGrapefruit%20Salad%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20medium%20pink%20grapefruit%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHerbes%20de%20Provence%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESkin%20and%20chop%20one%20grapefruit.%20Toss%20with%201/8%20teaspoon%20of%20Herbes%20de%20Provence.%20The%20acid%20of%20the%20grapefruit%20combined%20with%20the%20aromatics%20of%20the%20rosemary%20and%20lavender%20merging%20with%20the%20sharpness%20of%20the%20thyme%20really%20surprised%20me.%20It%20made%20for%20an%20excellent%20complement%20to%20this%20meal.%20I%20will%20definitely%20keep%20this%20one%20in%20my%20repertoire.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
