A light sauce (can add cream for more body) on a light fish. Great in summer, or add pasta for fall.

Directions

  1. Preparation:
  2. Mix the oliv oil, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime juice, add salt & pepper to taste. (you can really do without the salt)
  3. Add the snapper filets & turn to coat. Allow to sit for 5 - 10 min.
  4. Bake at 425 for 10 - 15 min
  5. If you want to add the cream, emove the filets after cooking and poer the sauce in a pan, heat to a simmer & add cream. simmer, stirring for about 1 min. Remove from heat & pour over fish. (this is great over pasta)

For those with limited energy: Easy fish dish, that can be done all in one pan, and baked. Cream is optional (I use skimmed canned milk), and it is nice served over pasta (I like whole grains).
